Sarah + Tyler | Dallas Wedding

What can I even say about this post or these people?!

Sarah and Tyler are some of my favorite people on the planet and it was my joy to not only get to stand alongside of Sarah on her wedding day but to also get to photograph their gorgeous faces. And when I say gorgeous faces, I actually mean the most beautiful people I have ever seen! I think we can all agree on this.

It will blow your mind when I tell you that this wedding was completely planned form start to finish in exactly 2 months. It was the most stunning, creative wedding I have ever been to and I am so proud to have been a part of it. Between the geode decorations, the donut wall (built by Tyler), and Leon Bridges playing at the reception, I think every guest’s jaw was dropping at every turn. I know mine was! My favorite part of the whole day (besides when Aunt Sarah facetimed with my 9 month old in our dressing room) was when Sarah and Tyler walked out of the reception to Leon and Wesley Geiger leading the way singing My Girl. We waved them off as they drove into the Dallas skyline in Tyler’s 1968 Ford Mustang.

I had the joy of shooting this wedding alongside of Lauren W Photography, one of my close personal friends. She is so talented and such a gem. Head over to her blog to see the whole day captured and then go check out the feature on Green Wedding Shoes!

“Married life is so great. I love being Mrs. Tyler Shafer. Life with him keeps getting better and better. My favorite thing: I had an obvious but profound realization while we were engaged that I would be able to come home, make a cup of coffee, grab a book, sit on the couch, and read, but not alone!” From Sarah, 9 months post wedding.
