Lent Series | DC Food Photographer — Rachel Lyn Photography

As we approach this Easter season, I wanted to post some photos that I got to take for our church's Lent series. Redemption Hill Church produced a booklet for our Passion Series that consisted of devotionals written by different people in our church and it includes some food photography by me and styled by my dear friend Rowena Day. The gorgeous booklets were designed by Josh Clark and Noah Mooney.

Our church has community groups that meet all across the city throughout the week and through this season of Lent, we are all "sharing a meal" together in the most practical way we know how. This Passion booklet includes weekly recipes for all of the community groups to prepare and eat together.

We also captured some more conceptual photos and wanted to showcase a tablescape of death followed by a tablescape of life.
